Support is a time-consuming and costly experience as the user needs to read serial numbers and device issues over the phone
- The user can now select devices on the frequently used “all devices” page and start a support request by clicking on “new support request”. This will save the user time and in turn reduce frustration and resources spent on requesting support.
- The support request can also be created on the support pivot, which allows the user to request support for devices not displayed in the “all devices” list.
