Support is a time consuming and costly experience as the user needs to read serial numbers and device issues over the phone

  • The user can now select devices on the frequently used “all devices” page and click on “new support request”. This will save the user time and in turn reduce frustration and resources spent on requesting support.

  • The support request can also be created on the support pivot, which allows the user to request support for devices not displayed on the “all devices page”.
