Analysis Strategy
Prior to conducting user interviews, we analyzed the current system in place to gain an understanding of the different portals. Our goal with the system analysis was to learn what function each portal serves, what tasks are completed where, and how the portals connect to each other.
We analyzed “Schoology”, “The Source”, “Clever”, “Padlet” and “Office 365”.
