Interview Strategy
Initial analysis of each school portal helped us to prepare interview questions and define goals for what we wanted to learn about the users and their experiences. We interviewed parents and students who use SPS portals, as well as parents who’ve had experience with portals outside the SPS district. This resulted in valuable insights about strengths of other existing portal designs and features.
