UX design
Creating the flows 


After getting my initial questions answered by the PM, I started working on the design and learning about the toolkits and components available for Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center. As I made progress on the flows, I reviewed my work with the PM, developers, support team, UX writers, UX designers for the portal, and my immediate design team. Throughout the design process, I would add to my list of scenarios to make sure all parts of the support experience were considered.
